be able to work with your team to implement change. According to Kouzes & Posner in The Leadership Challenge (6thed.), “The more frequently people see their leader ‘searching outside the formal boundaries of his or her organization for innovative ways to improve’,the more strongly they agree their leader is effective.” (Kouzes & Posner, 2017)
