In an original response reflect on the message, then discuss the following points in reaction to the audio clip:
• Do you ever click "I agree" on a service agreement without reading its contents?
• How does the requirement of consideration of a contract come into play with an online service agreement?
• Discuss whether you feel these agreements should be valid and binding.
