Please share your thoughts on this lawsuit and whether or not you feel that the damages awarded to the plaintiff (Stella Liebeck) were reasonable. Many people have argued that lawsuits of this nature are “frivolous” and intend to go after deep-pockets of big business.

Do you feel that this case was frivolous? Why or why not?
