Access the following TED Talk video, then share your thoughts by completing the questions in an original response.

Creating Ethical Cultures in Business

• Why is ethical decision-making important in the business world?
• What is the best source for ethical business practices: The individual employee, or the business organization itself?
• To what extent should individual employees be allowed to lend input in the creation of a code of ethics for a business organization?
• In the event that an individual employer's ethical standards differ from his/her employer's code of ethics, what can/should be done to
  resolve those differences?

Support your thoughts using a minimum of two academic, peer-reviewed sources (outside the textbook). Websites such as Wikipedia,
LegalZoom, LegalMatch, Nolo, etc. do NOT count as academic sources. A good place to start is the Davenport University Library. Your
response should be a minimum of 350 words. Two peer responses are required and should be a minimum of 100 words.
