Using the Discussion Board Rubric listed below for the specific grading criteria, develop an original response to the following: Access the following video: After reflecting on the video, locate two articles that focus on best practices for selecting candidates when recruiting for open positions. Then construct a reflection post incorporating your personal views on the selection of candidates using the articles and Ted Talk to support your reflection. Your original post should be a minimum of 350 words and reference a minimum of two academic sources (outside of the textbook) to support your answer.
